I had my 38 week check up today and am dilated 2cm, 75% effaced, baby is in -2 station. I'm a STM. Last week I was 1cm and 30% effaced. Last week's appointment I was diagnosed with mild pre-eclampsia and told to stop exercising and lifting weights. That helped a lot with my blood pressure and I was told today I can start walking again.Had my 38 week appointment today and I’m 2 cm dilated and fully effaced.
