The Narcoberry is one of the Berries in ARK: Survival Evolved. It can be found by harvesting flora around the island while pressing E, , or to harvest bushes. Then you can then feed them to unconscious players or dinos to increase their , Torpor. When consumed, Narcoberries increase the Torpor... Lags the server out a bit but I get tons of berries and thatch this way. Only downside is you don't get any fiber. Growing them also works if you keep them well fertilized. :) Plus you can leave an excess in the planters and they last for a long time (not sure exactly how long but it's better than your pockets). #2.

A Tranquiliser Arrow will increase torpor by 100, but deals damage. so 5 narco's only does 37.5 so then narcotics are by far better to have as they do not expire and do more per berry spent. #14.
