I get 3:30/3:45 of battery life with this settings: Fps++ 30fps lock Tdp limit ~6 watt GPU lock MHz 800 Unlimited fps on steam deck, refresh rate 60hz. My tdp in game is always less than <13W minimum 11W in shrines in game 12W~12.7W. Increase your tdp by 2 more watts and you'll get that nice smooth 40fps. there are no special settings for BotW, the default will yield the best performance. Cemu only uses 5-6 CPU threads, so not getting 100% utilization is normal. that said, some people have issues with FPS++ on AMD cards. try running with a higher FPS cap, and make sure that Vsync is either set to triple buffering or disabled.
